Jason is a Calgary "lifer". Grandson of Max Bell (www.maxbell.org), he attended Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School and started his post-secondary studies at the University of Calgary where he studied Economics and Political Science.
Tess moved to Calgary with her family in 1977. She graduated from Henry Wisewood High School and completed her degree in Psychology at the University of Calgary.
After university, Tess followed her heart and worked with autistic and special needs children for nine years at Renfrew Educational Services and other agencies. Her knowledge & experience as a behavioural consultant is well known in the education system and she continues to be called upon by teachers, therapists and parents for both advice and guidance.
Jason's family has been involved in real estate and developments for decades. Closer to Jason's age, his oldest brother was a real estate agent until he went back to university to complete his Master's of Engineering in Architectural Design.
Tess & Jason were married in 2000. Their love of Canmore, Banff and Lake Louise sees them spending much of their spare time in the Bow Valley. Depending on the season, they enjoy hiking, cycling and skiing in the Rocky Mountains with family, friends, and their pets.
